Dealer wanted $2200 for sensor and replacement. Easy fix while replacing valve cover gasket.

BMW 530 XI Parts May 11, 2017
Reviewer: Edward Boyle from Lake Panasoffkee , FL United States
I had a mechanic set up to fix my BMW at my house! But, the mechanic was only available for one afternoon only. So, I needed my parts fast, with only four days advance notice. OEMBimmer beat other prices, especially BMW! I cross referenced BMW part numbers with OEMBimmer and only one wouldn't match. I placed my order for the parts that matched. An hour later I received a email from OEMBIMMER stating they had the part and were adding it to my order for FREE! WOW! I had all my parts in two days! Thank you so much. My car runs like a dream.

Same for E60 January 10, 2017
Reviewer: Mike B from Scottsdale, AZ United States
It's basically a thick rubber washer.  Fit great.  OEM didn't have it listed for my E60 but I pulled the part number from Realoem and it was the same part for my car.  First Install sensor, then put valve cover on, lube the seal with some oil, place over sensor and into valve cover, tap in with a correct sized socket and rubber hammer.   Easier to do than putting it in valve cover first then trying to put the valve cover on.
