OEM Parts or Original Equipment Manufacture parts are parts that have been built by the same manufacture/company that BMW contracted with to build the parts for the cars as they were manufactured. This is not be confused with OE parts which is Original Equipment.

Example: BMW contracted out Behr to build the cooling radiator for the E38 7-Series. So if you purchase a OEM radiator for a E38 7- Series from us, The radiator would be made by Behr in a Behr box.

Example:BMW contracted out Bosch to build the oxygen sensor/O2 sensor for the E46 3-Series. So if you purchase a OEM O2 Sensor for a E46 3- Series from us, The sensor would be made by Bosch in a Bosch box.

We have attempted to make sure that all items are on our site are listed either OEM or Aftermarket with the band of aftermarket manufacture. If you have any questions as to what brand a certain part is feel free to contact us.

All parts sold by oembimmerparts carry a 1 year replacement warranty unless other wise stated by us. The warranty will be a part replacement. We will not cover any labor or other claims that are a result from the failure of a part sold by oembimmerparts. The warranty will not cover any parts that show obvious signs of mis-use or damage due to improper installation or use. Warranty parts will be sent out once the defect part has been received by oembimmerparts. All warranty returns must have a RMA# before being sent back. Electrical items do carry a 1 year replacement warranty as well but are not returnable for credit.

Bilstein: In some cases bilstein requires the part to be sent back before they authorize a warranty, This is due in part to the nature of suspension parts that are used for racing or auto-cross.

Parts are returnable within 30 days of order date if they have not been used. Parts must be in the original packaging and show no signs of wear,installation or damage.

Fluids and or Oils are not returnable for any reason

Electrical items are not returnable for any reason, They do carry a warranty in most cases but are not returnable for credit. Example of electrical items but not limited to are: Mass air meters, ignition coils and boots,electric/aux fans,sensors,blower motors. If you have any questions as to the warranty or return policy please contact us before ordering. Any item returned for credit will be at the cost of the purchasing party. Items that are returned for credit will carry a 10% re-stocking fee. Purchaser must obtain a RMA # before product is returned. Repair manuals are not returnable.

NOTE: Any parts that are purchased in a kit form are only returnable if the complete purchased kit is returned. You can not return partial kits.

Simple, The parts market is saturated with parts coming from overseas, many of the parts appear to be of good quality until they are installed and fail with in a few months. In most cases the parts offered by oembimmerparts will be OEM parts. OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. What this is means is that if bmw buys a part from bosch and uses it on a certain model car; We offer that same part from bosch. This applies to pretty much all parts. OEM parts will come in the manufactures box/packaging and not in a bmw box even though the part is made by the same company that bmw buys it from. In same cases we will offer a high quality aftermarket and this will not noted in the item description.

$6.99 Flat shipping rate. All domestic orders regardless of size can be shipped with our $6.99 flat rating shipping option on orders to the lower 48 states.

Shipping to Canada: Will be done only through USPS using the USPS Priority shipping method.
